We are a rapidly growing security vendor developing multiple cybersecurity products in-house to protect websites worldwide. We are seeking colleagues to join us in creating world-class security services and realize our vision of a safe cyberspace for everyone. You will be a core member in decision-making for technology selection, design direction, and improvements for products in their growth phase.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of practical experience in web application development
- Experience in ensuring quality and advancing development through design and code reviews
- Experience in technical leadership in team development
- Experience in agile development or promoting improvements in an agile environment
- Communication skills to break down technical challenges, prioritize, and resolve them through consensus building
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in decision-making, mentoring, and process improvement as a development leader/tech lead
- Experience in building/operating CI/CD and designing test strategies
- Experience in design, development, and operation using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
- Interest in the cybersecurity domain
- Experience in improving operability, such as performance improvement, incident response, and monitoring/logging design

Hybrid Work (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Office location: Tokyo, Shinagawa-ku, Kami-Osaki.
Other notes
Annual salary: 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 JPY. Full-time employee only. Flextime system (no core hours). Probationary period: 3 months.
