As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the software domain of AI implementation projects, from top-level design to production operation. You will work with internal consultants and AI engineers to design optimal solutions for customer issues, combining various AI technologies. This role involves leading the entire process from customer issue structuring to architecture design, implementation, and production operation.
Must-haves
- Experience in web application development from design to implementation and testing.
- Experience building and operating systems using cloud environments (AWS/Azure, etc.).
- Involvement in quality improvement activities such as code reviews and CI/CD introduction in team development.
- Ability to understand business requirements and solve problems autonomously.
- Communication skills to facilitate smooth collaboration with other job functions.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing systems utilizing AI/machine learning.
- Experience designing and operating business systems or large-scale web applications.
- Experience in infrastructure automation and container environment construction using Terraform and Docker.
- Leadership experience in team lead, technology selection, and architecture design.
