Backend Engineers are sought to join the "Kauche" team, focusing on the server-side development of an e-commerce platform with 7 million downloads. You will be part of a cross-functional team, responsible for the entire development lifecycle from requirements definition to operation, while actively contributing to improving the technical foundation and practicing AI-Native development.
Hybrid, with 3 days/week in the Tokyo office.
Salary range: ¥5,400,000 - ¥12,000,000 per year.
