Must-haves
- 8+ years of experience in iOS or Android app development and operations.
- Proven track record of leading solutions for complex technical challenges in large-scale, high-traffic mobile apps (performance, reliability, state management, architecture).
- Ability to make technical judgments across both iOS and Android, with expertise in one primary OS.
- Experience defining and implementing technical standards and coding guidelines.
- Strong ownership and ability to handle design, implementation, and operations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing for both iOS and Android.
- Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with performance optimization for large-scale loads.
- Experience developing EC apps or apps with game elements.
- Experience designing backend APIs (gRPC/Protocol Buffers).
- Experience designing and optimizing development processes using LLM/AI tools.
