Must-haves
- 3+ years of professional experience in iOS or Android app development (for consumer-facing services)

- Advanced Japanese communication skills (JLPT N1 or higher)

- Experience managing engineering teams (hiring, development, evaluation)
- Experience developing for both iOS and Android (Swift / Kotlin)
