Seeking a Backend Engineer to join the rapidly growing "Kauche" social EC platform. You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full development lifecycle, from requirements definition to operation, focusing on server-side development using Go and Google Cloud. The role also involves improving technical infrastructure and practicing AI-native development.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of backend development and operations experience (excluding PoCs or internal services)
- Backend development experience in at least one of the following languages: Go, Ruby, PHP, Java, Python, Typescript, Scala, Kotlin, Dart
- Ability to drive software development with ownership
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or higher required for advanced communication)
Nice-to-haves
- Go and Google Cloud development/operations experience
- Tech lead, team building, or process improvement experience
- Experience in architecture design and technology selection
- Frontend or mobile app development experience, or PM experience
