Seeking Go backend engineers to join a small, elite team operating a discovery EC platform with 7 million cumulative downloads. You will be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from requirements to operation, and contribute to improving technical foundations and AI-native development practices.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of backend development and operation experience
- Backend development experience in Go, Ruby, PHP, Java, Python, Typescript, Scala, Kotlin, or Dart
- Ability to drive software development with ownership
- Japanese proficiency of N1 or higher
Nice-to-haves
- Development and operation experience with Go and Google Cloud
- Tech lead, team building, or process improvement experience
- Experience in architecture design and technology selection
- Frontend or mobile app development experience, or PM experience
