Must-haves
- 3+ years of practical experience in ML model implementation and production operation (excluding PoCs or internal services).
- Experience implementing machine learning models using Python.
- Ability to develop software with ownership.
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or higher) is required for advanced communication.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in data analysis and personalization within EC, social media, or gaming domains.
- Experience improving business KPIs in a production environment with millions of MAU.
- Experience designing and tuning recommendation models.
- Experience handling cold start problems (new users/items).
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
