Booost is seeking a Tech Lead to spearhead the development of their Sustainability ERP, "booost Sustainability." This role involves leading new product development from inception to scaling, contributing to both technical architecture and organizational growth.
Must-haves
- Extensive development experience with toB web services (5+ years)
- Experience in data model design and operation with RDBMS
- Experience in product development with multiple team members
- Experience in technical guidance and work support for other team members
- Experience in planning and executing technical strategies with a medium-to-long-term perspective
- Ability to communicate in Japanese / Native-like fluency in Japanese
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience with container technologies such as Docker
- Experience in performance tuning, such as in ISUCON
- Experience as a technical decision-maker, such as a Tech Lead
- SaaS development experience
- Experience implementing test code
- Experience with code peer reviews
