AP COMMUNICATIONS (APC) is seeking Project Leads for their ACS Division to focus on Platform Engineering and improving developer experience (DevEx) using cloud-native technologies, primarily on Microsoft Azure. The role involves designing and providing platforms that enable developers to be self-sufficient, moving beyond traditional infrastructure building.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience designing/building cloud resources (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience with Git-based development workflows (e.g., Pull Requests)
- Experience building/operating CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Nice-to-haves
- Platform Engineering or SRE experience
- Experience with containers, including Kubernetes
- Experience with IaC implementation and operation
- Experience improving development processes with generative AI (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
- Experience in technical leadership or consulting/training
- Experience disseminating technology (blogs, presentations)

Annual salary: ¥6,500,000 - ¥9,500,000. Includes fixed overtime pay for 40 hours/month. Settlement bonus available. AI interviews are used for initial screening.
