ANDPAD is seeking engineers to develop its industry-leading SaaS Android app, which aims to improve productivity in the construction industry. You will collaborate with Product Managers and work in small teams to handle the entire development process from design to operation, with opportunities for rapid iteration and involvement in new product creation.
Must-haves
- Experience developing native Android applications using Java or Kotlin
- Experience developing and operating native applications linked with web applications
- Basic knowledge of security
- Experience developing and operating applications using various frameworks
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading a team's technical direction and progress as a Tech Lead
- Experience developing features while performing unit testing
- Experience designing application architecture and selecting frameworks
- Experience identifying issues from logs and resolving them
- Experience with OSS publication or contribution
- Experience with external technical output (writing, tech blogs, presentations)

Work style
Remote work is the default due to COVID-19, and full remote work is negotiable. Location: Sumitomo Fudosan Mita Garden Tower 37F, 3-5-19 Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Flextime system with core hours from 11:00 to 15:00.

Salary: 430,000 JPY/month ~ (Annual salary 6,000,000 JPY ~ 12,000,000 JPY). Interviews are currently conducted online.
