Kokopelli is seeking an SRE to improve the reliability of their in-house services, including the management support SaaS product "Big Advance." The role involves designing, building, and operating AWS infrastructure, and developing foundational systems to support DevOps and SRE activities for service development teams.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience building and operating AWS environments
- Basic knowledge of Linux operations
- Basic knowledge of application layers (HTTP, HTTPS (TLS), DNS)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SLO and error budgets
- Experience automating environment construction with Infrastructure as Code
- Experience building pipelines with GitHub Actions/CodePipeline
- Experience conducting load testing and system bottleneck analysis
- Experience designing monitoring systems with Datadog
- Experience designing and operating company-wide AWS IAM roles
