Must-haves
- 7+ years of practical experience in technical client-facing roles (FDE, Solutions Architect, IT Consultant, SIer PM/Tech Lead, Pre-sales SE, AI/DX lead)
- Experience in product development or management
- Experience designing and implementing business systems using AI
- Ability to structure ambiguous requirements and build consensus
- Communication skills for various stakeholder levels
- Experience leading requirements definition, design, and implementation of large-scale systems
- Solutions Architect/Engineer experience with cloud vendors (AWS/GCP/Azure), data platforms, or SaaS
- AI agent implementation experience

- Solutions Architect at foreign-affiliated/major Japanese cloud vendors

Work style
Hybrid work system combining remote and in-office work (currently, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office). Location: Tokyo Head Office (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo). Full flex, no core hours.
Other notes
Annual salary: 15,000,000 JPY - 25,000,000 JPY. Includes 45 hours of overtime per month. Possibility of stock options. Trial period of 6 months with unchanged salary and benefits. Onboarding support allowance (100,000 JPY).
