Seeking an IT (DX) Consultant to support clients from strategy to execution, driving transformation by addressing fundamental business, operational, and IT challenges. This core member role involves leading client transformation and contributing to organizational development, including expanding the consulting unit and establishing knowledge foundations during a rapid growth phase.
Must-haves
- Native Japanese speaking skill is required.
- Experience supporting clients from strategy formulation to execution.
- Experience in DX strategy planning and roadmap development.
- Experience in grand design formulation for new system introductions.
- Experience in solution proposal and project launch support.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Architect, Cloud Optimization, Security, Package Implementation, Generative AI Implementation.
- Experience in establishing IT governance.
- Experience in supporting PMO/PgMO and vendor selection/procurement.
- Experience in PoC and development promotion in collaboration with engineers and data scientists.
- Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
