Your Stand is a startup developing EV charging infrastructure and a unique charging reservation app. They are seeking Field Engineers to build EV charging infrastructure using in-house IT technology, focusing on EV charging and IoT.
Must-haves
- Experience in field engineering support, including customer calls, site visits, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IoT devices.
- Ability to perform on-site troubleshooting and maintenance for products.
- Experience providing training and technical explanations on product usage.
- Willingness to collaborate with sales representatives for technical proposals.
- Experience in reproducing field issues, analyzing logs, and identifying root causes.
- Ability to provide technical feedback to the development team, including bug reports and improvement suggestions.
- Experience with firmware updates and creating simple verification scripts.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with firmware development (Python3) including simple modifications and debugging.
- Familiarity with hardware control environments (Ubuntu, Python3).
