We are seeking a Manager to lead DX and AI utilization for workplace reform using Microsoft 365. This role involves driving digital transformation from IT planning and solution selection to architecture design, project execution, and user adoption, working closely with clients on both technical and consulting aspects.
Must-haves
- Experience in IT planning, solution selection, architecture design, and project execution for Microsoft 365.
- Experience in consulting and proposing solutions for digital workplace and IT infrastructure challenges.
- Experience in managing projects, including progress, issues, risks, costs, and team members.
- Experience in negotiating with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Proof of Concepts (PoC) and user adoption support for new services like Copilot for Microsoft 365.
