Drive the development of BUYMA and other in-house products. You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from requirements definition to operation and improvement, within a team of 3-5 members. This role requires proactive ownership of requirements, specification, improvement proposals, and development promotion, considering user issues and business KPIs.
Must-haves
- Experience in the entire product lifecycle (requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, release, operation, improvement)
- Experience in specification definition and requirements definition considering user issues and business KPIs
- Experience in system architecture planning and design considering performance, redundancy, maintainability, and ROI
- Experience in project promotion, code review, requirements definition, and progress management of development members
- Experience using AI coding support tools and AI agents for development process improvement
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with Java, Python, or PHP applications
