Must-haves
- Experience with cloud security management tools (e.g., CSPM)
- Experience in security operations, including log/alert analysis and initial triage
- Experience in vulnerability management and security device operation
- Ability to create and update operation manuals and knowledge bases
- Experience in supporting security service implementation, including environment confirmation and inquiry response
- Ability to create reports and presentation materials
