This role focuses on the planning, design, and operation of in-house IT infrastructure, including internal networks and systems. Must-haves
- Experience in planning, design, construction, and operation of internal networks
- Experience in operation and maintenance of in-house systems and SaaS
- Experience in investigating system failures, analyzing causes, and responding to recovery
- Experience in business automation using PowerShell or Python
- Experience in improving operational efficiency using RPA and various tools
- Experience in technical discussions and coordination from an infrastructure and network viewpoint
