We are seeking an AI-Driven Development Engineer to join our Technology Development Department. You will be responsible for feature development, improvement, and maintenance within our PF business, leveraging AI coding tools to enhance the development process.
Must-haves
- Experience in requirement definition, specification detailing, and collaboration with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business members.
- Experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code for implementation, modification, refactoring, and test support.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and reviewing data models, business logic, APIs, and UI behavior.
- Experience managing development using Backlog and GitHub.
- Experience in specification confirmation and business understanding through hearings with customers and partner companies.
Nice-to-haves
- Understanding of existing codebases, identification of technical debt, and proposal of improvements.
- Experience coordinating specifications and implementation plans with development members and outsourced engineers.
