We are developing and providing the AI platform 'MichiCare' for nursing care facilities. 'MichiCare' is a management platform that uses AI to automatically generate schedules and in-facility visit routes, areas that have historically been difficult to digitize, aiming to reduce operational burden and support management decisions.
Must-haves
- Experience in full-stack development, covering both backend and frontend.
- Experience in backend development with Laravel 10 (PHP 8.2), including REST API design and implementation.
- Experience in frontend development with Next.js 15 (React 19/TypeScript).
- Experience in infrastructure operations using Google Cloud Run and Firebase Auth.
- Experience in establishing testing strategies with PHPUnit/Jest.
- Experience in product and team building, including translating user feedback into specifications and designing development processes.
- Willingness to take a technical lead role, including hiring and onboarding new engineers and setting technical standards.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Service/Repository patterns.
- Experience with state management and validation using Zustand/Zod.
- Experience with component development using Tailwind/Radix UI.
