Must-haves
- Experience in front-end, back-end, or full-stack development.

- Experience in reviewing back-end architecture and infrastructure.
- Experience in version management and migration of APIs.
- Experience in adding new features to existing services.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design documents using AI tools.

- Experience in building quality improvement mechanisms using AI.
