Drive the promotion of AI utilization and outsourcing business across the company as a core member. You will be responsible for client-facing projects, including understanding client challenges, proposing solutions leveraging generative AI, and managing projects from requirements definition to release. Additionally, you will foster internal AI adoption among engineers and redesign development processes.
Must-haves
- Experience in client-facing project management (planning, proposal, acquisition)
- Experience in DX roadmap formulation and systemization planning
- Experience in managing projects from requirements definition to release (QCD, risk management, stakeholder agreement)
- Experience in supporting generative AI adoption and in-house development for client development organizations
- Experience in promoting generative AI utilization within internal engineering organizations
- Experience in designing new development flows based on generative AI
- Experience in developing AI-based systems internally and introducing tools to improve development productivity
