This role's mission is to identify internal challenges through help desk support and drive improvements, standardization, and automation of business processes. Initially, you will focus on internal help desk operations for 3-6 months to understand the IT environment and user issues. Subsequently, the focus will gradually shift towards AI/DX promotion, eventually comprising about 70% of the role.
Must-haves
- Experience in internal help desk operations
- Experience with IT service desk tasks (inquiries, service request management)
- Experience with PC/device lifecycle management
- Experience with IT asset management
- Experience with ID and access management (IAM) on Microsoft 365
- Experience with initial incident response and troubleshooting
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with DX/automation initiatives
- Experience with Power Platform, Dify, n8n, Claude
- Experience with knowledge management enhancement
- Experience with designing, developing, and operating support tools for automation/standardization
- Experience with data analysis and proposing improvements based on root cause analysis
