LegalOn is seeking a Technical Support (CRE) engineer to resolve customer technical issues and improve service reliability. You will investigate and respond to technical questions, troubleshoot issues related to SSO and network connectivity, and provide support for REST API usage.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of technical support experience
- Ability to communicate smoothly with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to explain technically complex content in an easy-to-understand manner
- Information Technology Engineer Examination (FE) qualification or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Technical knowledge of the internet and networks (HTTP, DNS, IP addresses, routing, etc.)
- Experience investigating using browser developer tools (network analysis, etc.)
- Associate-level certification from a cloud vendor (AWS SAA, Google Cloud ACE, etc.) or equivalent knowledge/experience
Nice-to-haves
- Advanced Information Technology Engineer Examination (AP) qualification or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Professional-level certification from a cloud vendor (AWS SAP, Google Cloud PCA, etc.) or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or technical account management
- Knowledge and experience with Identity Providers (IDPs) such as Entra ID
- Knowledge of SMTP
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs
- Ability to read code in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, Go, etc.)
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as SAML authentication and SSO
- Knowledge of SQL
- Business-level English proficiency (CEFR B1)

Work style

Salary: 5,000,000 JPY - 8,000,000 JPY per year. Full-time employee. Probationary period of 3 months. Side jobs permitted with permission.
