As a Web Application Engineer, you will maximize product value for the SaaS product "Nitoel," which aims to transform procurement departments in large manufacturing companies. You will work broadly across front-end and back-end development, influencing user experience and business logic. This role also offers involvement in technical foundation development and team growth.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of practical experience in the entire lifecycle of web application development (design, implementation, testing, operation).
- Experience in data modeling / table design using RDB.
- Experience in one area (front-end or back-end) with a certain level of involvement in the other.
- Experience organizing complex business requirements, translating them into specifications, and implementing them.
- Experience with team code reviews and development in a CI/CD environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in designing and developing business systems (SaaS/packaged software).
- Interest in and willingness to engage in areas outside of specialization (e.g., infrastructure, machine learning platforms).
- Proactively considered and shaped requirements.
- Experience in development environments requiring a certain scale, complexity, and domain knowledge (e.g., BtoB / large-scale systems / business SaaS).

Headquarters or Remote Work. Headquarters: 1-16-20 Minamiikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo. Flextime system with core time 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
Other notes
Annual salary: ¥7,500,000 - ¥10,000,000 (Negotiable). Includes fixed overtime allowance (45 hours per month). Full-time employee. Probationary period: 6 months.
