Must-haves

- Experience automating internal government operations using VBA for DX promotion and business improvement in public institutions like local governments.

- Experience in standardizing common tools across departments, standardizing formats, and establishing operational rules.
- Experience handling budget, settlement, and financial accounting data.
- Experience in standardizing business processes, promoting BPR, PL/PM/PMO aspirations, GAS, Python, SQL, RPA.
