Must-haves
- 3+ years of practical experience developing with Excel VBA
- Experience in the full cycle of design, development, and testing
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Excel VBA macros in an SIer environment
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with common componentization, refactoring, and rule standardization
- Experience in upstream processes such as requirements definition and client negotiation
- Aspirations for PL/PM/PMO roles
- Familiarity with related skills like GAS, Python, SQL
- Experience with government projects
