They are seeking a Product Engineer to lead technical decisions, bridge business needs with technology, and drive product value in an AI-first development environment.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of server-side web application development experience (design to implementation)
- Experience in the full development lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, implementation, operations) for new features
- Experience in team development and improving team organizations
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years of experience developing and operating a specific service/system, witnessing its growth
- Experience in 0 to 1 development or startup phase of new products
- Experience with multiple, diverse technology stacks and understanding their appropriate use
- Experience creating business flows and analyzing system requirements
- Proficiency in methods like BPMN, UML, or mind mapping for understanding domain knowledge
