Must-haves
- Experience actively utilizing AI for high-productivity output (programs, documents, etc.)
- Experience leading projects with teams of 3+ people, overseeing overall service design and operations.
- Experience building and releasing software/products for internal and external use.
- Understanding of the SDLC for in-house developed services.
Nice-to-haves
- 1+ year of experience leading a software engineering team of 3+ members as a manager.
- Experience in engineer recruitment and onboarding.
- Deep technical expertise in a domain like server-side, front-end, or data science.
- Hands-on development or lead development experience.
- Vendor management experience.
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+).
Work style
Hybrid, 3 days/week in Tokyo office (Minato-ku, Akasaka). Flexible hours with core time 11:00-15:00.
