Seeking a WEB Engineer to lead product development for Castee, a co-creation entertainment DX platform with plans for overseas expansion and an IPO. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of web service development, reporting directly to the CEO.
Full-time in-office attendance required in Tokyo (Shibuya-ku). Flextime system with core hours 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Salary determined by experience and skills. Monthly salary includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours (average overtime approx. 15 hours/month). Bonuses: Currently none. Salary increases: Twice a year. Probationary period: 3 months.
