We are seeking a Technical Support member for Castee, an entertainment DX platform. You will contribute to product growth by analyzing user feedback, managing operations, and ensuring quality. This role is part of the Product Team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Full-time office attendance required. Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Flextime system with core hours 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Salary determined by experience and skills. Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours (average overtime approx. 15 hours/month). Bonuses: Currently none. Salary increases twice a year. Probationary period: 3 months.
