As a Core Member Mechanical Engineer (Robotics), you will be responsible for the core mechanical design in a full-scratch development of proprietary AI, in-house software, and in-house hardware. You will oversee the entire project from upstream stages, including quality assurance, manufacturing negotiations, and cost/schedule planning, while also leading the team.
Onsite in Tokyo (4-26-13 Azusawa, Itabashi-ku, Tokyo). Flextime system with core hours 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Projected annual salary: 6.5 million to 8.5 million yen (includes fixed overtime allowance for 40 hours/month). Additional overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 hours/month. Commuting allowance up to 40,000 yen/month. Rent allowance up to 32,000 yen/month. Probationary period of 3 months.
