Doctor Mate is seeking a contract developer to join their product development team. You will be responsible for developing and improving web applications used by care facilities, doctors, and nurses, contributing to the digitalization of healthcare in elderly care settings.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of development experience with TypeScript/React
- Development experience with a statically-typed language
- Comfortable with mob programming and collaborative implementation discussions
- Able to work synchronously during weekdays from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (JST)
- Contract requires a minimum of 3 working days per week
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience with Firebase (Firestore design, security rules, Cloud Functions, log analysis)
- Practical experience with Next.js
- Experience with Scrum development
- Product development experience utilizing Generative AI/LLM
- Development experience with Rust
- Proactive in adopting new technologies and tools
