As a Product Manager (PdM), you will translate customer challenges into product value, defining product direction and priorities based on field insights. This role is central to driving product development and business growth.
Must-haves
- Practical experience as a PdM, planner, or in requirements definition for web services, SaaS, or business systems.
- Experience organizing abstract business challenges into product requirements.
- Experience collaborating with engineers and designers to drive development.
- Experience leading coordination and decision-making among multiple stakeholders.

- Experience launching new products.
- Understanding of system architecture and experience collaborating with development teams.
- Experience with B2B products or products for enterprise clients.

Work style
Onsite in Tokyo (Sumitomo Fudosan Toranomon Tower 6F). Flextime available. Remote work and work from home are negotiable.
Other notes
Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥12,000,000. Includes fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours. Stock options may be granted after 6 months. Probationary period of 6 months.
