Join the Finatext Group's AI+ Team, reporting directly to the CTO, to build a robust data foundation for AI integration. This role focuses on transforming the company into an "AI-ready Data Mesh" by aggregating and connecting scattered data and systems for AI interpretation.
Must-haves
- Experience developing and operating data pipelines (ETL) using Python, Go, or Java
- Experience using DWH such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Experience developing LLM applications using APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic
- Experience implementing and improving RAG using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Experience in designing and developing microservices/APIs (REST, gRPC)
Nice-to-haves
- Deep understanding or experience implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Experience introducing and operating LLM proxy servers (e.g., LiteLLM)
- Experience selecting and operating vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.)
- Experience building quantitative evaluation processes for LLM outputs (e.g., Ragas, LangSmith)
- Experience building cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc.)
- Experience interacting with many stakeholders and driving initiatives
