Finatext Group is seeking a Backend Engineer to join their growing finance technology team. This role focuses on building and maintaining backend systems, with opportunities to learn and grow in a high-tech environment supported by experienced engineers.
Must-haves
- Backend development experience for web applications.
- Development experience in statically-typed languages such as Go.
- Basic infrastructure construction experience on cloud platforms like AWS.
- Experience implementing unit tests and E2E tests.
- Must commute to the office (for engineers with limited experience).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building cloud infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform.
- Experience developing and operating container-based applications.
- Experience developing and operating web applications with a large user base.
- Experience integrating generative AI features into web services.
- Experience tuning system performance, including databases and networks.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices.
- Conversational English skills sufficient for communication with engineering teams in Vietnam.

Monthly salary: ¥430,000 - ¥570,000. Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥9,000,000. Visa support available. Includes a fixed deemed working hours system with 40 hours of fixed overtime.
