Seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (Contract) to join the Knowledge Hub Team within the Generative AI Division. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the core knowledge base, from design to operation, impacting all company products. This role offers significant discretion and the opportunity to make business impact at a 0→1→10 speed.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing web applications using TypeScript
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with component design and implementation using modern front-end frameworks like Next.js
- Experience with schema design and operation for RDBs (e.g., PostgreSQL) considering performance and scalability
- Experience designing APIs and platform components for use by other services
- Ability to commit 160 hours per month on weekdays
- Must be residing in Japan at the time of joining
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a Tech Lead
- Experience designing and implementing data ingestion (ETL/ELT) pipelines
- Experience implementing and operating search functions using LLMs and Vector DBs (e.g., Qdrant)
- Experience designing and operating RAG pipelines
- Experience designing and implementing multi-tenant data separation and authentication/authorization infrastructure
- Experience with infrastructure construction and operation using Terraform
- Practical SRE experience or performance tuning experience
