istyle is seeking a Security Operations Leader to design and advance their Security Operations Center (SOC). This role involves building operational flows, leading incident response, and strengthening group-wide security governance, collaborating with an external vendor for 24/7 monitoring.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of practical experience in SOC operations and security monitoring.
- Practical experience in alert analysis, triage, and incident response using security solutions.
- Experience managing external security vendors or negotiating with clients from a vendor perspective.
- Basic knowledge of networks and servers (Windows/Linux).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a CSIRT member or practical incident response experience.
- Experience in security monitoring and operations in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
- Security-related certifications (GIAC, CISSP, Certified Information Security Professional).
- Experience building log analysis platforms or operational automation (SOAR).
- Experience establishing similar security departments or teams.
