Creation Line is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a Frontend focus to act as a Tech Lead. You will be responsible for the design, development, and operation of systems, primarily mobile applications using React, and lead the entire stack including backend (Python) and infrastructure (AWS). The role involves participating from the initial phase of Agile adoption and leading projects technically.
Must-haves
- Lead experience in frontend development using React
- Full-stack design and implementation experience using Python (backend) and AWS (cloud)
- Skills in technical guidance and training for team members
- Proactive and self-driven approach in Scrum development
- Experience in Agile hypothesis testing (product development) and knowledge of supporting technical infrastructure
- Communication skills to collaborate closely with clients and team members
Nice-to-haves
- Mobile application development experience (React Native, WebView hybrid)
- Experience in improving and systematizing development processes using AI agents
- Experience leading product discovery
- Practical experience as a Tech Lead in a major SIer or business company
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.)

Other notes
Annual Salary: 6,000,000 - 10,200,000 JPY. Includes a fixed overtime system for 45 hours of monthly notional overtime pay. Includes bonus (Annual, April). Probationary period: 6 months.
