FastLabel is seeking an Engineering Manager to scale their development organization for IPO and global expansion. You will lead teams, improve development processes, and address organizational challenges to enhance productivity and achieve business goals.
Must-haves
- Management experience of a development team (5+ members)
- Ability to define As-Is and To-Be states based on issue analysis and plan solutions
- Ability to manage organizational work plans and progress on a semi-annual basis
- Experience in developing and operating web applications
- Basic knowledge of networks and databases
- Experience with code reviews and maintaining/improving code quality
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading engineer recruitment
- Experience using Amazon Web Services
- Application development experience using TypeScript and Python
- Experience contributing to technical communities such as OSS

Work style
Flextime system (5:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Core time 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM) at Tokyo Headquarters (Shinjuku Sumitomo Building). Complete two-day weekend system.
Other notes
Annual salary: 10,000,000 JPY - 15,000,000 JPY. Includes fixed overtime and late-night allowances. Performance review twice a year. Probationary period: 3 months. Various insurances, commuting allowance, qualification acquisition support.
