We are seeking a QA Engineer to perform verification in Dev/Staging environments based on test procedures. You will also conduct exploratory testing from a user's perspective and update test procedures using generative AI.
Must-haves
- Experience as a QA Engineer, Tester, or in quality verification
- Experience in CS (Customer Success/Support) or Technical Support for web services or apps
- Daily use of generative AI (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) for tasks like writing, summarizing, or brainstorming
- Ability to organize and clearly communicate bug situations
- Skill to edit and update manuals and procedures from a reader's perspective
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in test design or test planning
- Experience working with BtoB SaaS
- Experience in improving and streamlining operational tasks
- Experience with issue tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence, etc.)

Full remote, Full flex-time (no core hours)
Other notes
Salary: 5,000,000 - 7,000,000 JPY/year. Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime per month (paid separately if exceeded). Bonus and salary increases twice a year. 3-month probation period.
