Shellfy is seeking Full-stack Engineers to support the transformation phase of their vertical SaaS product, Greenfile.work, which digitizes complex construction site operations. You will contribute to new feature development, technical debt reduction, and improving the development process for a platform used by over 330,000 companies.
Hybrid work is possible, with a recommendation of 3-4 days onsite per week in Tokyo (Meguro-ku). Core hours are 11:00-17:00 with flexible start/end times.
Annual salary: ¥6,600,000 - ¥8,160,000. No bonus. Relocation support (commute allowance up to ¥24,000/month, proximity allowance for living within 3km or 1.5km of the office).
