They are seeking a Senior to Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design and operate a reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud foundation, enhancing developer experience and supporting product growth.
Must-haves
- 1+ year of AWS infrastructure design and operation experience
- Terraform IaC operation experience
- ECS or Kubernetes operation experience
- Monitoring design and incident response experience
- Basic security knowledge (IAM / Secret Management)
- Basic RDB operation knowledge
- 1+ year of programming experience
Nice-to-haves
- SRE practices (SLO/SLI, Error Budgets, MTTR improvement)
- Experience with production deployment strategies (Blue/Green/Canary)
- Aurora MySQL tuning/migration
- Experience with WAF/Shield, GuardDuty/Security Hub, KMS, CloudTrail/Config
- FinOps experience (Tagging strategy, CUR/Cost analysis, RI/SP operation)
- Experience evaluating/introducing EKS/Serverless (Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, AWSBatch)
- Ability to read English documentation

Work style
Onsite in Tokyo (Sumitomo Fudosan Mita South Tower 10F, 3-5-27 Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo) with Flextime system (5:00 AM - 10:00 PM, no core hours).
