We are seeking dedicated SRE members to enhance the reliability and speed of our growing video streaming service. Your mission is to ensure a seamless viewing experience for users by minimizing buffering and optimizing system performance.
Must-haves
- Experience in infrastructure design, construction, and operation using cloud environments like AWS.
- 1+ year of software development experience using Go, TypeScript, Ruby, C, or C++.
- Practical experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Proactive communication skills for a remote environment using GitHub and Slack.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience operating and improving products with large traffic volumes.
- Experience with container orchestration (EKS/ECS, etc.).
- Experience defining SLOs/SLIs and operating based on error budgets.
- Experience introducing and promoting observability using tools like Datadog/New Relic.
- Knowledge of video streaming (protocols, encoding, CDN, etc.).

Annual salary: ¥5,500,000 - ¥10,000,000. Bonus: 2 months' salary (paid annually). 6-month probationary period.
