▼Job Description
You will be involved in the "production implementation" of Generative AI, not just "experiments." We are seeking a Rails engineer to lead the development of our consumer research platform "MINEDS for INSIGHT DATA," which visualizes consumers' "hidden true feelings" with AI using our patented technology. This role is for the development phase of our new AI business expansion in 2026, with LLMs at the core of the product.

■ Responsibilities
- Core feature development for "MINEDS for INSIGHT DATA" using Ruby on Rails
- Collaborate with Tech Leads to drive requirements definition, design, and implementation (also in coordination with PO and PdM)
- Production implementation of AI features utilizing Generative AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) (e.g., transcription of interview videos, AI summary generation, automatic report creation)
- Keep up-to-date with the latest LLM trends and rapidly apply and validate them to the product
- Prototyping new AI services looking towards 2026, and conducting LLM utilization PoCs with enterprise clients
- AWS infrastructure optimization (handling monthly video data accumulation of 130GB, improving Fargate environment operations, promoting serverless architecture)
- Improvements in frontend areas such as React/Next.js

- Practical experience in web service development using Ruby on Rails (目安: 3+ years)

1. Involved in "Production Implementation" of Generative AI, not just "PoC"
Your role will not be "experiments" or "R&D." We are currently integrating Generative AI (LLM) as the core of our product. You can lead the production development of AI features that directly contribute to the competitive advantage of our SaaS "MINEDS," such as transcription of interview videos, AI summarization, and automatic report creation. Furthermore, in 2026, we will fully engage in the "zero to one" development of new services that leverage Generative AI, as well as PoCs utilizing LLM with enterprise clients.
