We are seeking a Senior Web Application Engineer to join a growing team focused on improving the childcare and education environment through technology. You will tackle cross-product challenges and drive business growth for our SaaS product, CoDMON, which supports over 25,000 facilities and 4 million guardians.
Must-haves
- 10+ years of experience in object-oriented design and development
- Development experience in statically typed languages (Java, TypeScript, or Kotlin)
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum or XP)
- Experience driving problem-solving across teams, roles, and products

Work style
Fully Remote Possible. Tokyo Headquarters (Gotanda JP Building 10F, 8-4-13 Nishi-Gotanda, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo). Flextime system with core hours 11:00-15:00.
Other notes
Annual salary: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 JPY. Bonuses twice a year. Salary increases twice a year. 6-month probationary period. Contract work may also be possible.
