As a QA Engineer Leader in Yokohama, you will lead the entire quality verification process for system development projects. This includes client negotiations, test planning, design, execution, issue analysis, and proposing quality improvements.
Work will be at our offices (Yokohama Headquarters, Tamachi TechLab) or at client sites (Tokyo, Kanagawa). Onboarding training will be conducted at the Yokohama Headquarters. Depending on the project, remote work may be possible. We are open to discussing Tamachi Tech Lab (Tokyo) as your work location or remote work arrangements.
Annual Salary: 4,700,000 - 6,000,000 JPY. Overtime pay is fully compensated separately. Average overtime: 15-20 hours/month. Salary increases once a year. Bonus twice a year (Last year's actual performance: 2.6 months' salary). Probationary period of 3 months.
