WHI is seeking SRE Engineers to improve the automation, reliability, and development productivity of their large-scale HR core system, "COMPANY". This SaaS product supports major corporations and is a market leader in Japan. The role involves hands-on experience with IaC and AIOps in a large-scale environment.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of system/application development experience (any language)
- 2+ years of application construction/operation experience (on-premise or cloud) with infrastructure development experience (e.g., IaC)
- Must be willing to work onsite at the Hiroshima or Tokyo office.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Experience building observability platforms (Datadog, New Relic, Zabbix, ELK Stack)
- Experience developing operational automation (CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience with large data pipelines or strong interest in AIOps
- AWS expertise or certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate level)
