WHI is seeking experienced SRE Managers to lead the advancement of their large-scale HR core system, "COMPANY". This role involves promoting cloud migration and operational efficiency by building the next-generation SRE system, focusing on both technical and organizational growth.
Must-haves
- Management experience in SRE, infrastructure, or development teams (goal setting, evaluation, people management)
- Experience building and operating cloud (AWS, etc.) or on-premise environments
- Experience automating infrastructure construction and operation using IaC
- Native level Japanese language proficiency
Nice-to-haves
- Experience automating infrastructure construction and operation using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.) in large-scale environments
- Experience building observability platforms for large-scale multi-account/multi-instance environments using tools like Datadog, New Relic, Zabbix, ELK Stack
- Experience or strong interest in building large data pipelines or promoting operational efficiency (AIOps) using AI/machine learning
- Experience leading the establishment and expansion of SRE or platform teams
- Project management experience involving cross-departmental stakeholders

Other notes
Annual salary range: 8,000,000 JPY to 12,000,000 JPY. Monthly salary: 571,334 JPY to 830,000 JPY. Bonus twice a year (March, September).
